La Galeria Restaurant: offers exceptional fine dining in an elegant romantic setting overlooking the gardens, the Ocean and the pools. Our wide selection of dishes, named after famous International painters, prepared by the finest of chefs combine both the Costa Rican flavors as well as the European cuisine.
Saturdays: exquisite Surf and Turf grill buffet.
Thursday through Saturday: live piano music.
Our famous breakfast buffet is served daily on the terraces. The buffet includes everything from an omelette station, to fresh home baked goods, local favorite "Gallo Pinto" and fresh tropical fruits and juices.
El Quijote Bar and Restaurant: Our more casual restaurant, with spectacular views and a relaxing atmosphere, has an extensive international menu and is open for both lunch and dinner.
Sancho Panza Bar: Adjacent to El Quijote restaurant, where you can enjoy delicious Costa Rican mixed drinks while watching a game of football or playing a game of pool.
La Reina Private Dining Room: Enjoy a romantic candlelit evening in the privacy of La Reina. This beautiful air-conditioned medieval style dining room is ideal for private parties, anniversaries or honeymooners. Maximum capacity is 10 people and a minimum consumption is required.
El Galeon Pool Bar: Cozy swim up bar with excellent tropical cocktails, and endless panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the Islands and the forest. A light Lunch menu is served around the pools.
Conference Room:
Enjoy your event in a new and comforting atmosphere! We can organize any event (including weddings) for up to 64 people in our conference room and up to 100 people in the restaurant or terraces facing the ocean.

Hotel Parador "Boutique Resort & Spa offers a variety of activities on the 5 hectare premises, including a large infinity swimming pool, adult swimming pool with cascading waterfall, jacuzzi, steam room, tennis court, miniature golf course, outdoor gym, nature trails, and a green area which includes a putting and chipping area, driving box, badminton/volleyball, and croquet.

Surrounded by beautiful gardens, all rooms have balconies with views of either the rainforest or the ocean. In our rooms, tastefully decorated according to the highest standards, our guests may avail themselves to many luxurious extras, including room service, cable TV, air conditioning, mini-bar, coffee maker, telephone, safety deposit box, ceiling fans and hair dryers.
